Found a 5-stars gluten & dairy free sourdough bagel, smoke salmon bagel immediately appears in my mind. After frozen for a week and reheating the bagel, combining with all the ingredients, it’s absolutely delicious and everyone wants some more. Truely loving NZ made products.

INGREDIENTS
Classic Sourdough Bagel, Venerdi Gluten Free & Paleo Bread Vegan Cream Cheese, Angel Food Smoked Salmon, Regal Marlborough Salmon Red onion (sliced)Capers (fried)Citrus Seaweed & Sesame, Pacific Harvest
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Toast the bagels. 2. Spread with sour cream, then topped with salmon, red onion, fried capers. 3. Sprinkle some citrus seaweed & seaweed powder.
